My Dominican brothers here know every nook and cranny. I know very reliable drivers with cars and 2 drivers that will drive a car you rent.
So either way you want to do it. Also I know E-bike and Moped rental spots and transportation.
First one I will recommend in Juan.
Things to Do
My list is growing, I'll share what I've done but I also have friends now who's jobs are to know.
